ms Westerdam
ms Westerdam received extensive enhancements as part of a $300 million brand initiative. New bar, entertainment and dining venues, plus completely reimagined suites debuted in 2017.
Enjoy dazzling entertainment from your very first night on board. As part of the updates, new music venues have been added: Lincoln Center Stage, featuring world-class musicians performing chamber music, and Billboard Onboard, rocking the house with 50 years of chart-topping hits. These venues join the already popular B.B. King’s Blues Club, completing the new “Music Walk” experience.
Be sure to check out the new Explorations Central located high atop the ship; offering indispensable travel resources and engagement opportunities that make the destination experience more engaging, vivid and meaningful, it’s the heartbeat of the Holland America Line destination experience. Plus, Westerdam features the exclusive new Rijksmuseum at Sea. Much more than a floating art museum, Rijksmuseum at Sea is a creative salon where guests can be inspired by the museum’s collection to create their own works of art – through drawing, photography or just doodling. Rijksmuseum at Sea will feature a bright studio space featuring life-sized reproductions of artworks from the Rijksmuseum, drawing tables, sketch books, pencils, friendly instructors and everything guests need to create their own masterpieces.
Enjoy everything from a burger and fries by the Lido Pool to the authentic Italian flavors of Canaletto to the ultimate in refined and luxurious dining at the Pinnacle Grill. Sel de Mer ("sea salt," in French) is an intimate seafood brasserie offering a contemporary twist on French seafood classics, with à la carte dishes ranging from fresh oysters to salt-crusted whole fish to bouillabaisse.
